according to the sun press (on aug.3) CVS will be starting construction on a new cvs set to open in early 2007...there is already a cvs on van aken and shaker.
i really hope that local community organizations (such as shad or the fairhill group) put up a fight, but theres gonna be a drive through, and almost noone seems able to fight the urge to stay in their cars...

There must be four or five abandoned CVS/Revco drug stores in Cleveland Heights. In the late '90s they were building them on every corner.
Three abandonded sites that I can think of immediately are at Monntecello and Green; Montecello and Warrensville; and on Lee just south of Zarara's.
Which corner of the square are they going to knock down to put up antoher little box?
